Is 4pm the time of day you dread everyday??  Searching through the cookbooks, refrigerator trying to figure out what to feed your family.  Well, I know it is one of my most dreaded time of day!  So, I am beyond excited to be able to share with you some YUMMY recipes my family enjoys!  And next week I will be including you in the fun too!! Have you ever found a recipe on the side of a can or package, and you thought oh that looks yummy but what if it is not?  Well, that was my daughter Alyvia's and my thought a few months back when I pulled the Saltine cracker box out and we both agreed we should try it.  I was so glad we did and it was so yummy.  When I say yummy, I mean yummy!!!  My family LOVES this hearty and delicious meal, plus it is so simple and fast.  Who does not love a fast and simple meal???
